hello choir peeps:)
HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!
hope you enjoyed your holidays and have gotten lots of hongbao.
Just a reminder to all:
1. next monday choir practice will resume( usual time 3.30pm-6.30pm)
2. there will be choir sectionals in the morning next monday and thursday( 7.00am-7.20am)
3. there will not be any wednesday choir sectionals, instead we would change it to friday afternoon, after our physical training( 3.30pm-5.30pm)

Lastly, remember what did mr liew said in the previous practice:
" WAKE UP!"
So start doing your sit-ups! Also you should memorise your songs by now except for the sec 1s.
that is all i have. During CNY, drink more water, dont eat too much fried food:) take care:) see you on monday:)

THE 2010 JOURNEY

We've cried, we've teared and we've gone thru all these practices to improve our singing skills and you know what, we'll defitnely continue to work hard.
We've unleashed the magic while we're performing on stage in Port Dickson, and this magic does not come out by luck, it was everyone's effort. It was fun and we've enjoyed ourselves very much in the Port Dickson trip. So, let's continue to enjoy ourselves in 2011!^^

THE 2009 JOURNEY

2009 has been a really fruitful year for our school’s choir, the UniqVoices. At the beginning of the year, we had a common vision for our choir, and that was to do well for the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) competition in April. Hard work, determination and perseverance were the qualities needed for every single practice session. An open mind to constructive criticism was also important too. With all the efforts put in by every member of the UniqVoices, we were awarded our second consecutive Silver Award during the SYF competitions. When our results were announced, everyone felt a sense of achievement and thrill. Tears of joy were even shed!

Our choir also put up a well-received performance for the monthly lunchtime performances held in the school. It was great fun as we were able to let our fellow schoolmates and teachers see the progress we have made and to share the love of singing!!!
